Fins Bois, France
This is one of the oldest Cognac producing estates of the region, with origins dating back to Louis XIV, also known as ‘Le Roi Soleil’.
Close to the small town of Saintes, this 70 hectare estate (walled for the most part) includes a 15 hectare forest of old oak trees, separating the vineyards from the production facility. The farmhouse and outbuildings house the fully operational production equipment including the vinification unit, the distillery and ageing warehouses.
The vineyards are made up of 26,30 hectares reserved for the production of Cognac and a further 3,90 hectares for the production of wine.
The estate has it’s own brand of Cognac that is at present commercialised across Europe.
